HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
Care shaped around what you need.
ONGOING THERAPY
Consistent support for patterns that need time, trust, and continued practice.
Availability is limited.
FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL INTENSIVES
Longer, concentrated sessions for working with a specific pattern, transition, or place you feel stuck.
SMALL-GROUP INTENSIVES
Closed, time-limited experiences organized around a shared focus. In development.
YOU MAY UNDERSTAND THE PATTERN—AND STILL KEEP LIVING IT.
You overthink every decision.
You feel responsible for everyone.
You struggle to set boundaries without guilt.
You replay conversations long after they end.
You keep finding yourself in the same relationships or roles.
You know what you want to do—and still find yourself doing the opposite.
Insight matters.
But insight is not the same as change.
HOW I PRACTICE

Understanding creates choice.
Practice makes that choice more available.
Depending on what you need, our work may include conversation, EMDR, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, sound, and other experiential practices.
The approach changes with the person.
The goal is not insight alone.
It is helping change become something you can live.
FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL INTENSIVES
Sometimes fifty minutes is not enough room.
An intensive gives us a longer block of time to stay with one specific pattern, experience, or transition—without stopping just as the work begins to deepen.
Your intensive may include EMDR, reflection, experiential practices, and a plan for what happens afterward.
We’ll decide together whether this format fits what you need.

SMALL GROUP INTENSIVES
Some work changes when it is witnessed.
At Above All, I am developing small, closed, time-limited group experiences organized around a shared focus.
Each experience will have a clear purpose, structure, beginning, and end.
IN DEVELOPMENT
Join the interest list to hear when new groups become available.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SERVICE BEFORE YOU REACH OUT
The free consultation is where we begin.
We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will change.
Then we’ll decide whether ongoing therapy, a focused intensive, KAP, work with a member of our team, or another referral makes the most sense.
