KETAMINE-ASSISTED
PSYCHOTHERAPY

The medicine gives the work a place to land.

Preparation, therapist-supported medicine sessions,

and integration in Oklahoma City.

YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE PATTERN—
AND STILL FEEL STUCK IN IT.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, or KAP, combines psychotherapy with ketamine prescribed by a separate medical provider when clinically and medically appropriate.

At Above All, the process includes preparation, therapist-supported medicine sessions, and integration.

Sometimes insight alone does not change what you live.

When clinically appropriate, ketamine may create a pause in familiar patterns and make room to experience something differently.

It is not a magic pill, a shortcut, or the whole treatment.

It is one part of the work.

THE WORK BEGINS BEFORE THE MEDICINE

PREPARATION

Before we use medicine, we’ll spend time understanding your patterns, where they came from, and what you want to change.

We’ll build trust, answer your questions, and prepare for the experience together.

MEDICINE

After medical clearance, you’ll take a prescribed ketamine lozenge in my office.

I’m with you throughout the entire session.

The room, lighting, music, and pacing are all chosen with intention.

INTEGRATION

The medicine session isn’t the finish line.

Afterward, we’ll explore what came up and connect it to your relationships, boundaries, choices, and daily life.

Healing happens in the living.

EVERYTHING IS INTENTIONAL

KAP Office.jpg

A medicine session doesn’t feel like a typical therapy appointment.

The room changes.

You settle into the recliner with a blanket, eye mask, and a playlist created for the experience.

Sometimes we talk. Sometimes the work happens in silence.

There is no right way to experience ketamine.

You don’t have to force an insight or make something happen.

I remain with you throughout the entire session.

THE FRAMEWORK BEHIND THE WORK

YOUR LIFE PROBABLY MAKES MORE SENSE THAN YOU THINK

Gremlins & Goats gives us a shared language for understanding the patterns that keep showing up.

The Gremlin helps us name the familiar belief, story, or protective pattern.

The Goat helps us name what you want to strengthen next.

The medicine may create an opening. It gives the work a place to land.

The framework helps us decide what to practice with it.

KAP IS NOT RIGHT FOR EVERYONE

You don’t have to determine that on your own.

During the free consultation, we’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will change.

I provide the psychotherapy.

A separate medical provider completes the medical evaluation and, when appropriate, prescribes the ketamine.

Both clinical and medical factors help determine whether KAP is the right path for you.
