Lexie Loman, LPC

Lexie Loman, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with a diverse skill set in trauma therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), mindfulness, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma. Lexie is also certified in Sound Healing with Sound Bowls and has advanced training in psychedelic-assisted therapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute.

Lexie is an active organizer of group therapy sessions and mental health workshops, bringing a holistic approach to mental well-being. She is the author of Versions of Me and Gremlins & Goats: Shedding Shame, along with specialized guides on Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Meditation Journaling. Her practice includes guided meditation and Wim Hof Breathwork.

In her personal life, Lexie enjoys hiking, outdoor activities, intuitive cooking, and creative hobbies like candle and lotion making, sewing, and designing her own clothing line. She is also a loving wife and a dedicated stepmother, balancing her professional and personal passions with grace.
