Seeking a moment of calm before the school pickup?
My 2:00 PM Stress-Relief Sound Bath offers a restorative experience to center you before parent duties go into overdrive.
This session utilizes the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls to promote deep relaxation and emotional balance. Designed to help you release daily stress, this sound bath empowers you to return to your family as a composed and engaged partner and parent.
No prior experience is required—simply arrive with an open mind. Mats, blankets, and eye masks are provided. Limited spaces are available; please reserve your spot in advance.
