Join us for ADAPT, a supportive and transformative group therapy session designed to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength. This group is open to anyone seeking a safe space to share experiences, gain emotional support, and develop coping strategies. This group will focus on building group community to support each other in adapting to any life circumstance. Each month we will have a different focus topic, fun activity, and plenty of drinks and snacks.

What to Expect:

  • Guided Discussions: Facilitated by an experienced therapist, our sessions encourage open dialogue and mutual support.
